Over the years, Heart Disease Online has grown from a figment of my imagination into an interactive, helpful and sociable online community. Patients with heart disease, and their family members, have visited in search of information, assistance or support.
Most have found it. Thanks to people like YOU who have participated as members of this community, and volunteered your services and assistance to those in need of it.
